Gratitude is Great

The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Yes, it’s true. Why? We all get what we think (or talk) about most of the time. Having constant thoughts of wealth will bring more of the same. I don’t mean only money, but also freedom, a stress-free life, ease, health and your own definition of good. Holding thoughts of lack, limitation, fear, resentment, anger or such, will only create more of the same. It’s clearly a choice. It’s our mind, we can think what we want.

A good practice that will help a lot is to stay grateful all the time. Yes, it seems difficult, but it’s not. Naming things while you’re walking to work will help you stay focused on what you have, who you are, what you’ve accomplished, what you’ve done with your life. Also, keeping a log or diary of these things is a great way to turn things around. Add to the list every day. Keep it handy for a good reminder. An attitude of gratitude will create more things to be grateful about.

Affirmation: I am grateful for all that I have.
