Courage is often about taking one small step. After we’ve gone though something that takes a bit of courage, we look back and wonder what held us back? From there, things seem to fall into place. Where did the fear go? It was replaced with knowledge. Like learning to ride a bike. It was scary in the beginning. We tried and maybe fell down, made a few corrections and gave it another go. The fear of riding is replaced with the knowledge of riding. The fear is gone forever. We can draw from this simple effort, and use it over and over. Knowledge IS confidence. The best bike rider has the most knowledge or experience, which becomes confidence.
Affirmation: I have the courage to manifest myself in the world.
